I was invited to collaborate directly with Deloitte Africa’s Chief of Staff to conceptualize and produce high-impact visual materials for their annual Exco Retreat—an elite gathering of top executives across the continent. My role involved designing a series of beautifully structured, thematically aligned workbooks and facilitation documents, rooted in leadership psychology, strategic reflection, and organizational development.
